The Project
Hotel rooms must work hard and feel effortless. This guest room combines a long timber desk, an upholstered headboard wall and a framed window bay into one simple, durable composition.
Project Overview
A continuous timber desk runs along one wall beneath the screen, leaving the floor open. The window bay, framed in a deep blue, becomes the room’s focal point, with a lounge chair set into it.
Warm cove lighting washes the ceiling edge, and a patterned rug and upholstered headboard soften the acoustics.
Design Language
Contemporary hospitality: durable materials, integrated joinery and one strong colour to give the room identity.
