Walnut Space is operated by Aurora Trading LLC. This policy explains how we (“we”, “us”) handle personal information collected through walnutspace.com.

What we collect

When you submit a project inquiry we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, optional phone number, project location, property details, budget range, timeline, a description of your project and any files you upload (for example floor plans, photographs and inspiration images).

We also record limited technical and attribution information with an inquiry: the page on which you arrived, the referring website and campaign parameters (UTM tags), and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to review your project, respond to you and, if we work together, to design and deliver it. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your uploaded files for any purpose other than your project.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in a secured database and uploaded files in private cloud storage. We use service providers for hosting, storage and email delivery who process data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of the project and applicable record-keeping obligations.
